Desi Downtown launched in March 2025 at the same proven Abu Dhabi location. The goal: prove the concept works independently before offering it to anyone else. We didn't want to franchise an untested idea.

Flagship + Zero Royalty
Take over the branch. Zero royalty for 12 months. Focus entirely on profitable operations and brand building. Marketing handled for you.
Royalties Begin
5% royalty applies from Year 2. By now, Desi Downtown is trading in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, brand recognition growing UAE-wide.
Second Branch
Open a second Abu Dhabi location, or earlier if you're ready. Franchisor provides full setup support: recipes, training, materials, marketing.
Third Branch + Review
Third Abu Dhabi branch opens. You operate a 3-location Abu Dhabi network under exclusive territory. Agreement renewal discussed.
