This is the question we get asked most, so here is a template that works. Adjust up or down proportionally.

• Two Family Packs as the base. That covers ten to twelve people on biryani alone and gives you the salad, raita and drinks alongside
• One large Mix BBQ Platter. Grilled meat is what makes a spread feel like an occasion rather than a large takeaway
• One full chicken karahi with eight to ten naan. This gives people a second hot dish and something to scoop
• One vegetarian main — daal fry or palak paneer at AED 16.00 each. Always order at least one. There is always somebody, and being the person who forgot is worse than the AED 16
• Kheer or zarda to finish. Zarda serves more people from a single order and reads as more of an occasion dish
• Extra raita and salad beyond what comes in the packs. On a table of twenty, both vanish first

That combination feeds fifteen to twenty people. Order it at least a day ahead — biryani in that quantity is not something a kitchen produces on forty minutes’ notice, and neither is a large BBQ platter.
